This one is so freaking gorgeous, I like her cute serious look on her face ^^
The only thing I see slight problem with are the lines, try to do line exercise before doing line work. And btw you have pencils with tint (one that manga artist are using) you can control it way better.
It is very important if you are really passionate about art and stuff you are doing to invest in them, it will pay off.
